The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the operator named in the Legal Notice.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the site, Cloudflare automatically processes server log data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL and user agent. This processing serves the secure and stable delivery of the website and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A transfer to the USA may occur; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts
Fonts are served locally from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties, and no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services.
Waitlist signup
If you enter your email address in the waitlist form, we use it solely to send you a confirmation message (double opt-in) and a single notification when the new project announced on this page launches. You are added to the list only after you click the confirmation link. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR; you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, without affecting prior processing.
Signup and mailing are handled on our behalf by Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Cologne, Germany, and Brevo SAS, Paris, France), an EU-based processor. Brevo stores your email address and signup metadata (timestamp, IP address) as proof of consent. The address is not used for any other purpose.
Stories
If you email us your story, a contact or an idea, we use your name, email address, employer and the content of your message solely to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your message under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We publish your story only with your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time. We delete the data once it is no longer needed.

- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
